Shipping & Returns Policies
- All products sold in our online store are eligible for free shipping, with a total order over $80, to the US or Canada.
- Items ship immediately on receipt of payment and reach most customers within 3 days. Depending on your location, items can take up to 6 days.
- As soon as your items ship, we provide a delivery estimate and tracking number by e-mail.
- We ship in the US from our partners warehouses and in Canada from our Beaconsfield address.
- International shipping, outside of the US and Canada, is on a case by case basis, please contact us at email@example.com for a shipping quote.
- Please note that you are responsible for any import duties/customs charges that may apply for addresses outside the US and Canada; normally, there are no cross-border charges for addresses in the US and Canada.
We like simple policies, beautiful products, and superior quality. We’re pretty sure you’ll love what you buy, but no problem if you’re not happy. We’ll give you a full refund, with or without a receipt, for purchases made through our online store.
- Return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund in the original payment form, minus shipping costs.
- If you return an item due to our error (incorrect or defective item), we pay all return costs. Please note the error upon receipt and return in unused condition.
- After 30 days, and up to 90 days, return any item for store credit equal to the purchase amount.
- For purchases made through a retailer or Amazon.com, please contact them directly for shipping and return policies.
How to Return an Item
- Request a refund by phone at 514 697-1175 or by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Package your item and send it back with the carrier of your choice.
- We do not cover the cost of return shipping. We suggest insuring your package and making a note of the tracking number.
- As soon as we receive the item, we’ll credit your account and send you a copy of the refund memo.
- Usually, the refund is issued within 5 business days after reception of the returned item.
- We do not exchange returned merchandise. Please place a new order if you would like to exchange your returned item for another color, print, etc.
